Summer missionaries help GIM during the long summer to work with each of our guest mission groups.  Our staff ranges from juniors and seniors in high school all the way through college students, but most are college age.  Each missionary applies, interviews, and goes through intense orientation for their resort and community training.  GIM partners with the North America Mission Board in doing references, background checks, and placement for each student.
